(For those who received the notice only)

🚨 Please read carefully:

• Please settle your 2nd payment within 2 weeks from the notice date.
• Late payment: RM1/day penalty. No refunds for payments after 2 weeks.
• If you are unsure, feel free to ask us before making any payment.

ℹ️ "How do I proceed to pay my 2nd payment?"

1. Find & select your SNS username / Order ID.
2. Select quantity: 1 and 'Add to Cart 🛒'.
3. Choose WM/EM postage; the final amount will be shown at checkout.
   (Please ensure your address is up-to-date. We will not be responsible if items are sent to a different address.)

ℹ️ "What is the amount for my 2nd payment?"
If you wish us to:

• Deliver as soon as possible → Pay for both EMS + Local Postage
• Deliver along with previous undelivered items → Pay for both EMS + Local Postage
• Deliver as soon as possible (local postage previously paid) → Pay for EMS only + Select "📦 PRE-ORDER ITEM (Local Postage Paid - EMS Only)"
• Combine postage with incoming items from another GO → Pay for EMS only + Select "🛍️ PRE-ORDER ITEM"

ℹ️ "I have previous/incoming items & I wish to ship them together."
In the Remarks section during checkout:

• List the previous/incoming Order ID(s), or
• List the undelivered items.
